Sometimes advertisements (ads) are unavailable to watch in games. We’re working to make sure ads are always available to all our players.

What benefits do ads have?

Can I still get benefits without ads?

You can! You can still earn currency in other parts of games, which can also reduce your wait times.

Why are the ads missing?

This happens because of problems with network connections, ad providers, and regional outages.

We can’t guarantee that there will always be ads available because some ad providers target certain devices, regions, and platforms. They might do this to promote a certain product. If your device is older, or not as popular as the latest flagship models, you may get a lower amount of ads.

Will this be fixed?

We’re working to make sure that ads are available for all players everywhere.

Since we rely on advertisers to promote their products, the number of ads may seem inconsistent as we work through making them available to everyone.
