Update #2 - Download the fix
We've just released a patch that will rectify the issue. After the patch has been downloaded you will need to force close, and re-open the game again. This is required for the timers to reset correctly.
All players affected by this issue will receive a gift that contains all of the contents from every crate that you missed.
Update #1 - Were working on it
We are currently testing a patch that appears to have resolved the issue. If our tests come back positive we hope to get the patch out to you within the next 24 hours.
While we wait we will be working on compensation for the missing crates. I would also like to remind you of the usage sharing article, as we use this data to identify affected players.
Premium crate timers are not refreshing and remain stuck at zero. This is preventing players from being able to open any new crates, and at this time appears to be affecting all crate types.
What's causing this?
The development team have found cause of the issue and are working towards a patch.
What can be done?
At this time we just need to sit tight, and wait for the patch. Unfortunately we don't have an official time frame, but at this stage it looks to be early next week.
We will keep you updated as we learn more.
