A popup with the error code "Error 1111: General Error. Please try again later." may appear when some players try to access the store. The development team has been notified of this issue and we are currently investigating its cause.
- August 11th, 2016:
- Players have been asked troubleshooting questions and directed to the connectivity troubleshooting guide in order to discover the cause of the issue.
- August 10th, 2016:
- The issue has been discovered, and the development team have been notified.
- Wait for 5 minutes, restart your device and try again with no other applications except for the game open
- Try the steps in the Connectivity Troubleshooting guide
- Reinstall your game
- Try transferring your save to another device using the Cloud to make a purchase

- In "Are you having a specific problem?" select "General Error: Error 1111"
- Await the automatic response
- Respond and answer as many questions as possible so that we may identify the issue.
