There have been reports of players missing their save data. In most cases, the data is still on our servers and can be retrieved.
Google Play or Game Center
Depending on if you play Anonymously, or connected to a profile you may need to make sure you are logged out or logged in to the correct Game Center or Google Play account. Try logging out, and then logging back in before you launch the game.
It may be possible to restore your latest progress from the Cloud. Download your save data from the Data Management Settings.

- Select the issue "My account or profile"
- Tell us what level you were before the data loss.
With that information, we will do our best to assist you further.
