Players who return to the latest update from older versions of the game may experience a local save Error L101x
What's causing this?
During the save data migration there may be some corruption due to some old values that are not compatible with the new version.
What can be done?
We have pushed out a patch to correct this error, if you are still receiving the L101x error please let us know
Currently there are only two options to resolve this error.
- Reset your save game and play from the beginning.
Support will be happy to reimburse any purchases you have lost.
Enter the Issue "Error L101x - Attempting to load save" when creating your ticket and make sure to list the items you have lost.
- Wait for the next update for a fix which will recover from the error state.
