The Underground is the key area to progress through the main storyline: becoming the champion of the underground racing scene.
New chapters will unlock when you reach higher levels of REP, and new cars will become available as more powerful crews challenge your skills.
Car Series are one of the primary sources of REP, and one of the main exciting events to race with each of your cars. Every car features in one or more Car Series, and progression through a Series reflects progression towards a featured car’s maximum potential.
To enter a Car Series you need to own one of the featured cars, and to progress you will need to upgrade and stage up the car and its parts.
Tournaments let you compete head to head with other players for Leaderboard position and rewards. Tournaments run for a limited time, and each tournament has specific cars that you must own in order to meet the entry requirements. Racing in a tournament costs Tournament Tickets. Tickets refresh over time, and you can purchase more Tickets with Gold.
When you start a race, you’ll be presented with a choice of opponents. Each win awards you with points, and you lose points for each loss. Winning against higher tier opponents awards more points. You’ll get bonus points for keeping a Win Streak going by beating multiple opponents in a row. Your Win Streak will break if you lose a race or wait too much time before winning again.
Winning enough points lets you move into the next tier. Once you move into a new tier, you can never fall back down into a lower tier by losing, only back to the bottom of the tier you’re in. Each time you move into a new tier, you are awarded with Tournament Credits which can be spent in the Tournament Store to buy special items. The the tier you reach, the more difficult the opponents will be and the greater the rewards for beating them.
You can see how you compare with the top players in a tournament by viewing the Leaderboards. At the end of a tournament, ranked rewards are given out to the top players. Your tournament points and tier ranking reset with each new tournament, but the Tournament Credits that you earn persist, and can be saved up and spent at any time in the Tournament Store.
Daily Assignments reward you for accomplishing goals that can be achieved by playing various aspects of the game. Check your Daily Assignments and collect your rewards for completed Assignments by tapping the AUTOLOG button on the Top Bar. Progress towards Daily Assignments resets at the end of each day. Come back and complete all of your Daily Assignments each day to get the most rewards!
Customize the appearance of your cars in the Mod Shop! Customizing your car does not affect its performance. All customizations are purchased with Visual Points (VP).
Individual visual customization items can be purchased with Visual Points.
|Paint||Respray your car in a variety of colors and finishes such as Gloss, Metallic, Candy, Chrome & Matte. Multiple areas of most cars can be modified like Body, Window Tint, Rims and Brake Calipers.|
The Body section contains a large variety of hard body mods, from roof scoops and spoilers to rims and wheels.
Kit Setup allows you to set a base body kit. This changes the skirts, front and rear bumpers, stance, wheel arches and height of the car. Once a body kit is selected, you can further customize individual body parts on the car (Wheels, Spoilers, Mirrors, Exhausts, Taillights, Hoods, Roof Scoop and Roof Spoilers). These individual parts may unlock with a kit but can be changed separately from the Kit Setup.
Get your FREE Classic and Premium crates at regular intervals at the Loading Docks. You can always visit and buy more crates for Cash and Gold earned by winning Races. Crates have the chance to contain a number of different items and you won’t discover what you’ve bought until you open it. That’s the chance you take for a crack at the best parts before they reach the competition!
The Black Market has some of the best Parts, Materials, and Blueprints available for a limited time. Check back often to see what’s new.
Parts and Materials earned during gameplay can be viewed and sold through the Spare Parts Screen. This is accessed in the Garage, using the Spare Parts button (located at the bottom of the screen).
On the Spare Parts screen, Parts and Materials can be viewed by Class using the Selection buttons on the left. Available parts and materials for the selected class can be sorted by Type, Level, Recent, Quality or Rarity using the Sort button.
The Storage Limit caps the number of parts/materials that can be kept in storage. This is found on the bottom left of the storage screen. More storage can be purchased by tapping the + symbol.
Parts can be sold by selecting them in the viewing window. This will display some info on the part, and a Sell button.
