The Game Options menu lets you customize the way you play by changing the Controls, enabling or disabling the Music and Sound Effects and managing the data you store in the Cloud. You can also find our Terms of Service, Support, Credits, EULA and About sections here.
Transferring between iOS and Android is not possible at this time
Enable Share Usage
In addition to information that you give EA directly, EA collects certain information for purposes of improving our products and services, proving services to you, facilitating the provision of software updates, dynamically served content and product support as well as communicating with you. This data will not be shared with any third party in a way that can identify you.
Cloud Save Data Management
Cloud Save allows you to sync your save game in the cloud and backup your data. If you accidently lose your save from your device you can retrieve it through Cloud Save.
If you login to a social network you can play your save game across multiple devices. Note that you cannot play the same game on two devices at the same time, and you will not be able to transfer your save game between platforms, ie. iOS and Android.
Manually upload your local save game to the cloud, allowing it to be downloaded onto another device.
Automatic updates will also occur during normal gameplay.
Download your most recently uploaded save game from the cloud.
Downloads include both your manual and automatic cloud uploads.
Transferring saves to another device
Ensure that your save is attached to your Google Play (Android) or Game Center (iOS) account.
If you are playing Anonymously or have previously chosen to play your devices save then unfortunately transferring your save won't be possible until you are signed in to an account.
Upload your save to the cloud from the Data Management menu to make sure that the latest save is on the cloud ready for download on your other device.
Open the game on your second device and download the save game should be automatically downloaded to your device.
If the save is not downloaded make sure you are logged in to the same Google Play or Game Center on the both devices. You can confirm that both accounts are correctly signed in by comparing your NFS ID found in the settings. The ID needs to be the same for this to work.
