Purchases will always require you to input your password in order to process them, unless you have dictated otherwise in your device or store account settings, or depending on your firmware. However, a prompt will always be presented to you in order to confirm the purchase prior to processing.
Some stores may provide a buffer of time when a password or PIN is not required (usually within 15 minutes) after the last time you entered the password. We recommend reviewing these settings for your device/account to ensure that you do not experience issues with your purchases.
We also recommend making use of the parental and restriction settings available on your device and account to prevent unauthorized purchases.
When contacting support regarding Google Play purchases, please make sure you include the Order ID's and date of purchase that you wish us to investigate.
