We’ll help you find your lost The Sims FreePlay game save. You can also download your last save from the Cloud.
Depending on your device, you may have to repeat these steps for Game Center, Google Play, or Xbox Live to find a more recent version of your game. You can also try logging in to two accounts (Facebook and one of the accounts related to your platform).
Let’s try to find your game
Check your Player ID
- Tap the '...' icon to open the main menu.
- Tap on the info 'i' icon.
- Tap About, then scroll to the bottom of the credits to locate your player ID. Write it down somewhere that’s easy to find.
- Tap the back arrow to exit the Information window.
Test with different accounts
- Tap the keyhole icon to open the Account Manager.
- Log in to Facebook.
- Force quit the game, then relaunch it.
- Check ‘About’ to see if your Player ID changed. If your Player ID changes, write it down.
- If it did, check the game in the cloud to see if your game progress is there. Follow the steps below.
Restore your last save from the Cloud
Make sure you’re logged into the account(s) that show the game with the most progress.
- Check the Account Manager to make sure you've logged into an account (or two).
- Tap the '...' icon to open the main menu.
- Tap the Cloud Save icon
- Tap DOWNLOAD SAVE DATA. Do not tap UPLOAD SAVE DATA. That will overwrite any save you have in the Cloud.
- The game will load the last game save tied to your account(s).
- Check that the Simoleon count and other stats look right before you accept the download.
I have more than one Player ID
Use the steps above to log in and out of accounts to see if you can find your highest-level game.
