Learn about social tasks and visiting another neighbor's town in the Sims FreePlay.
There are three main goals in the game: Quests, Weekly Goals and Social Tasks. Social tasks can be completed at any time to earn SP (Social Points). The amount of SP you will earn is displayed at the bottom of the goal. SP are used in Community or Live Events and to purchase premium items in the home-store. Social Tasks require you to use an item from a neighbor's town (e.g. "Sleep in a neighbor's bed") to complete the task.
FAQ and common problems
Where is my neighbor's Fire Hydrant/podium/item?
You likely will not be able to complete all goals in one town - you’ll need a number of friends who have a range of items that can fulfil your goal requirements (e.g, a fire hydrant). If you can’t complete a goal, you can always skip it (this costs 10 LP) or ask your friends to upgrade their town to help you complete your goal!

My neighbor says they have an item, but I can't see it - why?
If you can see that your neighbor has an item in your game (e.g., if you are physically beside them) or if your neighbor has told you where it is there but you can't see it, try ensuring your neighbor has updated their game to the latest version. Next, force quit both of your games. Then, ask them to upload their game to the Cloud.
The goal "Hug a Neighbor's cat" does not complete!
Make sure you are hugging a cat not a kitten when you try to complete the task.
Save Data could not be found
If you see the dialogue box with this error below it means that your friend has never uploaded their save data to the Cloud before. You will need to ask your friend to make sure that they are using the latest version of the game and upload their save data to the Cloud.
