Where is the Facebook Login button?

If you open the Account Manager (Purple Keyhole icon in the Main Menu) and you cannot see any option to login to Facebook or your game says "No social networks available", this means that you should be at least 15 to access this feature. If you would like to have access to the Cloud (you can also login using Game Center or Google Play) with Facebook:

Check with your parents or guardians that you are using the Facebook Login feature in The Sims FreePlay - is that okay with them? If so:

1. Save your game progress to the Cloud by uploading your data

2. Reinstall your game
3. When the age-gate screen pops up, put 15 into the box and confirm
