What's wrong?
The 'user interface' of your game (Simtracker, build mode, menu, etc) may appear smaller if you're playing on an Android device. The game itself does not appear 'Zoomed out' but the menu and icons do. The layout does not otherwise change.
What's causing this?
The game doesn't work with your firmware/operating system to correctly change the screen resolution.
What can be done?
Lower the resolution on your device and, if the game is currently open, force quit and reopen the application (not reinstall) to correct the issue. For most Samsung devices, go to Settings > Display > Screen Resolution (adjust and tap Apple to finalize) to do this.
It does not need to be lowered to a specific resolution, but the higher the resolution, the smaller the interface and icons will be - keep the resolution low.
Thanks for your patience whilst The Sims FreePlay team looks into this for correction in the future.
