If you have recently completed an in-game offer for free Lifestyle Points (LP) and have not yet received your reward, you can check the status of your order in-game by following these steps:
- Open the in-game store by tapping the purple Shopping Cart icon
- Tap the FREE icon to open the Earn LP offer page
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Missing LP? link
The LP Status page will show all offer details.
If you have not received the LP after waiting more than 30 minutes, and you are certain you have correctly completed the offer then you can contact the Rewards team for a credit.
