Crash/close on entering Sunset Mall (Windows Phone)

You may be tapping on the Sunset Mall to access it only to have the game unexpectedly close or crash. 
  

Troubleshooting Solutions

1. Force close all applications, including the game
2. Restart your device 
3. Try running the game without any other applications open, and see if the issue occurs then
4. If this does not work, reinstall your game 
5. You can also try freeing up storage space on your device to alleviate performance issues. At least 3GB free space is helpful
6. Transfer your save to another, higher end device. The game may run better there
